BMC Yawkey Inpatient Expansion wins 2025 CMAA Project of the Year

Boston Medical Center Yawkey Inpatient Expansion was named 2025 Project of the Year by the Construction Management Association of America. This transformative project delivered 77 critical care beds, including a new 15,500 SF rooftop addition on the 6th floor and a comprehensive renovation of 75,000 SF on the 5th floor.
