Project Manager with 10+ years experience. Architectural registration and LEED accreditation preferred. Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving architectural issues, determining program objectives and requirements, planning and organizing projects, and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Provides leadership to project teams, participates in proposals, fees, interviews. Plans and guides complex projects, having an important effect on firm development, reputation, and overall success.

Technical Architects with 10+ years of experience, preferably in health care, who have extensive knowledge of building and construction processes, standards, building materials and costs. Use of Revit a must.

Architectural Job Captains. Responsible for generating site design, design concept setup and development, product research, specification review, code review, compliance with Federal, State, and City design regulations, codes and standards. Responsible for schematic design, design development and construction documents materials, and product research for healthcare and life science projects. Develop the design idea from phase to phase, produce contract documents, including plans, specifications, and work with team members in the production of construction drawings. Communicate directly with consultants and interested authorities. Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. Attend client meetings, user group meetings and community meetings. Must have Master degree in Architecture or related field, LEED AP BD+C credential and two years of experience with designing healthcare/life science projects and proton facilities using Revit, 3D modeling and rendering.

Mid-Level Architects with 3-7 years of experience to independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques/procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations / modifications. Understands design concepts and is able to assist in developing the design with respect to the concept; understands the constructability of design in context and with building systems, codes, materials, etc.

Mid-Level Interior Designers with 3-7 years of experience to independently evaluate, select and apply interior design techniques / procedures and criteria, using judgment in making adaptations / modifications. Understands interior design concepts and is able to assist in developing the design with respect to the concept; is able to make finish, furniture and upholstery selections and write furniture specifications.

Architectural Designers with 2+ years of experience with a keen eye for design and outstanding skills in 3D software, i.e., Revit, Sketchup and Rhino, as well as graphic capabilities.
