Lean Design
Lean principles are being adopted by today's healthcare and research organizations to deliver service that is timelier, more efficient, and cost-effective than ever before. To further enhance our value to our clients, we apply Lean principles and tools to our design projects and operational assessments. We focus on the improvement of current processes and workflows, which enhance the user experience, improve utilization, minimize waste, and improve outcomes. We work with national healthcare and research organizations to study lean operating strategies, develop lean operating principles, and apply those principles and strategies to the design of new facilities.
