This new lab/office building occupies a key place on what was one of the largest remaining undeveloped sites in the Boston metro area, a site long seen as unfeasible for development. The 42-acre site, acquired by a nationally recognized developer, had long been seen as an unfeasible development candidate. Tsoi Kobus Design, working closely with the developer, created a design and strategy to best position the site and proposed building to prospective tenants, with an emphasis of speed to market and integration of the site with nearby neighbors.
