Tsoi Kobus Design welcomes architect David Kelly to the firm. David brings more than 30 years of experience to TKD's healthcare practice. His portfolio includes several large-scale hospital projects in the United States and abroad, including Nantucket Cottage Hospital, Brigham and Women's Hospital, the Centre Hospitalier De L'Universite De Montreal (CHUM), and King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia. David is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a Registered Architect in the District of Columbia, and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
