A joint venture between MIT and Forest City Enterprises, University Park at MIT is one of the first university-related research parks to provide a complete mixed-use environment. Tsoi Kobus Design has designed office and research space on the 27-acre campus for two premier biotech companies, Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Cereon Genomics, as well as Partners HealthCare System.
