All Care VNA and Hospice (VNA) is a regional provider of nursing, physical therapy, and home health aide services. This four-story headquarters accommodates VNA's expanding operations and consolidates its workforce: 130 in-house and 500 mobile employees currently spread across three locations. The project is part of a downtown development resurgence in this former industrial center and is sited conveniently adjacent to a major commuter rail stop and bus station.
